Delivery and Returns Process

As we are providing a bespoke product, orders are usually processed within five to seven working days, although we do strive to deliver as soon as possible. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Goods will then be despatched on a next working day basis. The method i.e. Royal Mail or courier by which we deliver is entirely at our discretion. We do require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered require a signature.

Deliveries to mainland UK are charged at a flat rate of £3.95. Delivery charges outside of this area will be calculated at the checkout prior to payment and are based on location and product weight. Sometimes delivery fees to other areas may be waived as a promotion. This will be stated on the website and then at checkout, no postage fees will be present.

Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides and Isle of Wight.

Orders to countries within the EU and rest of world are tracked. Delivery times will alter depending on where in the world the items are being shipped to. 

Returns Policy

Hattie and George accept returns only for items that are faulty. Items must not have been worn or used. We do not accept returns if you have created your own colourway and simply do not like the choice you have made.

Hattie and George will review any items returned and if the product is deemed faulty, we will refund the cost of the item and reimburse the cost of postage to return only where an item is faulty.

Returns are only accepted if purchased from this website. Items purchased through a third-party retailer/store must be returned to where purchased.

Returns Process

If you need to make a return, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition: Your return will be credited to your payment card or PayPal. If you wish to receive a replacement, please re-order the product you require from the website as you did originally. Your new order will be charged to your payment card.

We recommend selecting a shipping method for your return that includes a tracking number.

Please do let us know why you are returning the product, including your order number and invoice number.
