Are all Hattie & George products made to order?

Yes all of our products are made on a bespoke basis, to our customer’s specific choice of cloth, leather & buckles and clips

How long will my order take to be delivered?

As our products are made to order, our production time can be between 5-7 days, however, we will endeavour to dispatch as soon as we can!

How do I care for my Hattie & George product?

Our collars and leads are made from the finest quality fabrics. If your collar or lead is from our Heritage Collection, we recommend you rinse under lukewarm water, no higher than 30° C, using a mild shampoo if there are any smelly deposits, then gently rinse away. To dry, carefully pat away any residual water from the leather and metal fittings, and allow to air dry.

If you machine wash your items, please use at 30°C hand wash/delicate setting and place items in a wash bag to avoid damage.

Should your collar or lead be in contact with salt water, please rinse with cold water as soon as possible, and dry as explained previously

Leather Dyes

All leather dyes used on our products are safe for your dogs. In some isolated cases when collars are wet dye may transfer onto your dogs coat. This will wash off without causing any harm.

Do you supply other Hattie & George products?

Our initial range consists of collars, leads and bow ties, however, we are planning to introduce other Hattie & Goerge branded items and increase our fabric range even further! Please keep in touch with all of our exciting new developments, via our website and social media!

Can the buckles be personally engraved?

We do not offer this service, although in the near future we will be introducing a Hattie & George ID Tag, that can be engraved.
